Avoid the restaurant fried chips. They contain 25 calories
per chip.
Order baked chips, which are 10 calories a piece or corn
tortillas to dip in your salsa.
Healthy Entrees:

Tacos
al carbon but, watch out for the high calorie accompaniments – refried beans,
rice, guacamole, sour cream and cheese.
If you choose corn tortillas over flour you will save 50
calories each.

Arroz
con pollo.
•
Chicken
fajita salad and use salsa for your dressing!
Limit or hold the sour cream and
guacamole.
Limit high calorie entrees – chalupas, chimichangas, beef or cheese enchiladas, flautas, tacos, tamales.
The bottom line is to choose the food you really enjoy and
skip the things that are not so special: you don’t need chips, rice, beans AND
tortillas.
