First, look at the serving size to determine how much you can eat. Many times the serving is not what you would expect a serving to be.
Are the calories worth spending for this particular food?
For every 100 calories, the food should have 3 grams of fat or less.
The saturated fat (artery clogging) should be no more than 1/3 of the total fat.
Sugar should be no more than 1/3 of the total carbohydrates.
Look for foods that are high in vitamins and minerals - Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Calcium and Iron
