Catherine Kruppa, MS, RD, CSSD, LD earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences and Master of Science in Nutrition from Texas A&M University. She is a registered, licensed dietitian and certified wellness coach and the Director of Nutrition for US Diving. She is also Board Certified in Sports Nutrition. She specializes in weight management, sports nutrition, diabetes, eating disorders, heart disease, and pediatric nutrition. Catherine was a member of the Texas A&M Varsity Diving Team and is currently an active member of the running community in Houston. She has competed in 5 triathlons, 14 marathons and 3 ultramarathons. Catherine provides nutrition tips for Houston's KSBJ FM 89.3 and KLOVE radio. 

Catherine is a frequent speaker for many organizations and businesses. She speaks on various topics in the area of nutrition such as: healthy eating, weight management, disease prevention, nutrition and exercise, and osteoporosis. She has also presented programs for Channel 13 News Health Beat, Channel 2 News, Channel 8 Midday Show and Fox News. Catherine worked as the local dietitian for the Dr. Phil Ultimate Weight Loss Program and the dietitian for the 2004 and 2008 US Olympic Diving Teams as well as for Former President George H. W. Melissa Hawthorne, MS, RD, LD earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science from Texas A&M University and her Master of Science in Nutrition from Texas Woman’s University. She is a registered, licensed dietitian and certified wellness coach. She specializes in weight management, nutrition wellness, diabetes management, insulin resistance including Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), nutrition and pregnancy, pediatric nutrition, eating disorders, and sports nutrition. Spending most of her childhood as a competitive gymnast, Melissa was fortunate to have supportive mentors that taught her about nutrition and healthy eating. Now as a registered and licensed dietitian, Melissa enjoys passing on that knowledge by teaching individuals about the benefits of good nutrition and exercise, as well as motivating them to achieve a healthy lifestyle. Monica Martinez, MPH, RD, LD completed a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition at the University of Texas at Austin. She then completed a Master's of Public Health Degree and dietetic internship at the University of Texas Health Science Center and School of Public where she was able to learn different aspects of dietetics through a variety of rotation sites.  

Monica is interested in different aspects of dietetics including childhood obesity, weight management and healthy cooking techniques as well as specializes in healthy home cooking. Monica is a bilingual dietitian who loves working with her Spanish speaking clients. She really enjoys working with children and teenagers to help develop healthy eating habits that will lead into healthy eating as adults. Also, Monica has loved to cook since she learned how to at a very young age. She likes to help people develop relationships with their kitchens to introduce cooking skills that help bring healthy eating home.  Monica’s favorite hobbies include cooking, hanging out with her family friends, and living healthy.
